Why Can I Not Smell It?
The most common reason is that the melt pool has not spread far enough. On the first burn the surface should liquefy right to the edges; otherwise the candle tunnels, the scent stays weak and most of the wax goes unused.

In an average room, 30-45 minutes. Wooden wick candles do it faster thanks to a wider melt pool.
Will the scent give me a headache?
Rare with soy candles scented with natural fragrance. More common with heavily scented synthetic paraffin candles.
Can I burn several scented candles at once?
Not in the same room - the scents blur into each other. In separate rooms it is fine.
What if the scent fades?
