Article 1: Seller Information

Article 2: Product and Payment Information Product Characteristics: The fundamental features of the products (type, quantity, color, materials used, etc.) are as published on studiocraftisan.com. Price: The announced prices are sales prices including VAT. Shipping costs will be specified during the order process and reflected to the buyer. Validity: Product prices are valid until updated or changed. Prices announced for a specific period are valid until the end of that period.
Article 3: Delivery and Performance
The Seller is obliged to deliver the order within a maximum of 30 days.
The product shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer or to the person/organization designated by the Buyer.
Since Studio Craftisan products are handmade, the production process is subject to the lead times specified on the product page.
Article 4: Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product without providing any justification. Exception: The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products produced specifically for the individual, products with changes such as name/date, or products prepared according to personal needs. There is no right of withdrawal for products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal requirements (custom scent blends, labels with names, etc.). Written notification must be sent to the seller via e-mail to exercise the right of withdrawal. The return shipping cost belongs to the Seller, provided that the cargo company with which the seller has an agreement is used.
Section 2: Distance Sales Agreement
Article 1: Parties This agreement has been approved electronically between Studio Craftisan (Seller) and the Buyer who creates an order through studiocraftisan.com.
Article 2: Subject The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer from the Seller's website.
Article 3: General provisions The Buyer accepts that they have read and approved the pre-information form on the website. If it is determined that the package is damaged during product delivery, a report must be kept by the cargo officer. The Seller is not responsible for damages in packages received without a report. If the Seller cannot deliver the product within the specified time due to force majeure (natural disasters, transportation disruptions, etc.), the Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer within 3 days.
Article 4: Return and withdrawal conditions The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with its original box, packaging, and accessories, if any. Handmade Product Note: For products such as candles, if the packaging/seal is opened, or if the product has been used or lit, returns cannot be accepted due to health and hygiene regulations.
Article 5: Authorized court In case of dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer's place of residence are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce each year.

Since Studio Craftisan is a "handmade" brand, please take note of the following regarding non-returnable items:
"There is no right of withdrawal for products prepared in line with the consumer's special requests or personal requirements (custom scent blends, labels with names, etc.)."
